To qualify for the 2023 DonationMatchGO Launch Offer, DonationMatch nonprofit members (exempt organizations) must meet both of the following criteria:

Reach or exceed $10,000 in revenue collected through the use of one or more of the following DonationMatchGO fundraising tools: Raffles, Auctions, A-Thons, Crowdfunding, Sweepstakes, and/or Product Sales by December 31, 2023.
Submit the reimbursement request form below by January 31, 2024.

Qualifying organizations may select from a complimentary future Pro upgrade or reimbursement of the cost of a Pro upgrade purchased in 2023:

If a complimentary future Pro upgrade is selected: The account holder/user must respond to communications from DonationMatch regarding when to start the complimentary upgrade no later than December 31, 2024. Comp upgrade must be applied to a DonationMatch account belonging to the same organization qualifying for the 2023 Launch Offer. This offer is not transferable to a different federal EIN.

If a Pro upgrade reimbursement check is selected: A check will be mailed to the order of the organization whose EIN is attached to the existing Pro upgrade. The reimbursement amount will be determined by the amount paid by the organization/user for a DonationMatch Pro upgrade between January 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023, up to a maximum of $249.

In the event that the same organization purchased more than one Pro upgrade in 2023, the highest single upgrade purchase amount will be reimbursed.

Pro upgrades whose fees were refunded for any reason are not eligible for this offer.

Pro upgrades that are used to qualify for and receive a 2023 Launch Offer reimbursement are not eligible for money-back guarantee refunds.
